Backed by Tier 1 VCs, Yellow Class (YC) is a hobby classes platform for kids between the
ages 3-12 yrs old. Kids can attend a variety of classes such as art, dance, flameless
cooking, GK, logical reasoning and many more. YC is by far the largest kids extracurricular &
co curricular platform in India with more than 200K kids attending classes on YC every
month. The platform is growing at an explosive rate but there is a lot more to be built.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• MIS, Bank Reconciliation
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Taxation (GST, TDS, Advance Tax)
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Payroll (PF, ESIC, LWF & other related laws)
• Working knowledge of ERP/Tally

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Budgets/Forecasts
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Experience of working with a Star-tup
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
