Office assistants perform administrative and routine clerical tasks. Their responsibilities may include organizing and managing files, acting as receptionists, arrangement meetings , and supporting other staff with organizational tasks. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party. Managing filing system. Going outside for office related work(Admin, HR,Director,CEO,Account,Legal,R&D).
Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Serve water, tea coffee
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties. Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed. Cleaning Office

Legal Department outside Work: -1. To post the notices (Post office work)
2. To courier the documents whenever required
3. To go for the collection of stamp paper at Stamp Vendor
4. To go at laboratories for the submission of product samples for testing whenever required
