Job DescriptionWe are looking for a JIRA Administrator to join our team! As a JIRA Administrator you will be responsible for Configuration, maintenance, & administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk) Evaluate & manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs of YOUGotaGift. The candidate would be a highly motivated, organized and detail oriented individual with excellent communication and documentation skills.Who we’re looking for2-3 years experience as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator.Implement Jira Software, Confluence & related Atlassian products for YOUGotaGift product.Collect functional and technical requirements from Product Owner when needed, write technical specifications and implement them into Jira & Confluence.Install, configure and run different tools integrated with Jira & Confluence.Experience in creation and management of dashboards and reports configurations.Functional & Technical administration of Jira and Confluence.Understanding and knowledge of secure channel integration with Jira & confluence interfaces.Manage log files, analyze them, and perform summaries on them to extract any relevant problem.Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages, a must.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Write summary reports & Minutes of Meetings with clear action plans.Undertake any other duties that may be considered appropriate.Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in English, writing & verbal.Flexible to adapt quickly to short and different projects.Experience in JIRA cloud service management.Nice To HaveJIRA scripting knowledge.Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language) is a plus.Certification in Atlassian suite of Applications.You can have:Top equipment to work with.
