Job DescriptionYouGotaGift Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Office Admin to assist and manage the company operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performanceSupporting bookkeeping proceduresMaintaining general office files, including employee files, invoices, and other files related to the company’s operations.Create and update records and databasesTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryMust-Have2-3 Years of experience in the similar roleProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant roleProficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office SuiteMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Should have management experience in an office setting/ familiarity with office management proceduresGood in logical, decision-making skillsGood communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Office management: 1 year (Required)Office administration: 1 year (Required)Work Remotely:No
