Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
· Ensure all customers are responded to within 48 hours on all platforms
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
· Ensure that any written message sent to customers is grammatically correct
· You will need to go through all enquiries (even if lost), verify if all enquiries (website & digital media) have been logged and converted. The target is a 25% conversion rate.
· All customers must be routinely followed up on.
· Answer questions about products or the company
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
· Enter and update customer information in the database. Ensure that all customer information is written correctly, and all fields need to be filled.
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
· Guide customers who walk into our store- talk about our product line, maximize instore sales conversions.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
