We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to provide specialized administrative support in the development, implementation, and marketing of program/ project function. The post-holder, a key member of the Young Bihar team, works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and reports to the Senior Programme Manager.

The successful candidate should be educated to a master’s degree or equivalent with Social Policy, Social Development, Social Work, and Rural Development as one of the subjects and have considerable experience of working in a similar role (minimum 3 years), including researching on the relevant topics and managing teams and projects. They should have outstanding communication, liaison and organizational skills and possess the ability to work creatively and strategically across an institution.
