Description
Makoons Play School is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Youth Development Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our daycare facility, including managing staff, coordinating activities and programs, and communicating with parents.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, which may include conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols. Additionally, you will promote the overall development and well-being of children under your care, working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure the highest quality care and education.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $58,000-$68,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
