We think your experience in this function is a great fit for this role.We are looking to hire a Office Administration Manager.Following are the credentials we are looking for.Work Experience: 3 to 10 YearsQualifications: Graduate / Post GraduteJoining Requirement: ImmediateLocation: Naigaon EastCommute Facility: Pick-up and Drop from Naigaon Station East and Thane Station East is provided by Company.Address: YT Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Near Asha Foundation Gaushala, Left from Bapane Police Station, On Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway (Going towards Mumbai), Naigaon East, Maharashtra 401208Job Responsibilities: Daily maintain all Machinery Records for Poclain, Tipper, Dumper, JCB, Bulldozer, Camper and Diesel Consumption.Handling Site & Daily Maintain Transportation Record & Transportation related Billing Work & Labors Records.Vehicle Management: Management of Drivers roster, their leaves, conveyance, advances, manage track record of Fuel Consumption, Vehicle Utilization, Vehicle Maintenance, Old and New Vehicle Management and Reporting.Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.Preparing a Inward & Outward Book.Handling Over all Yard and Workshop Activities.Negotiations from vendors for AMC, CMC, Insurance, Tender Formulation / Renewal, Billing & Payments.Co-ordination with Electricians, Plumbers Carpenters, and others facilities available on call.Liaising with suppliers and contractors, Checking & Verify Contractor Bills, maintaining records of AMC, CMC and Couriers.Checking tender and submitting it to the respective departmentMake travel arrangements for Clients and Office Staff.Maintaining the Petty Cash.Keeping Track of office boys daily outdoors Duties and cleanliness as well maintained daily their record.Providing food and accommodation to the employees and Contractor labor.Canteen Management : Maintain the food quality and facilityCommunicate with IT department to quickly resolve any technical issues and perform upgrades as frequently as necessary.
