Roles & Responsibilities:
- JD understanding and setup calibration call with Hiring Manager
- Getting source from internally and Vendors
- Validate technical skills and ensure matches with customer JD
- Submitting technical assessment form
- Interview scheduling, offer process and onboard support
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- 7+ years of Mechanical/Electrical fulfilment experience working with heavy machinery/ Automobile Industry
- Good knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical system & subcomponents of Power system, enclosure design and FEA
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
- Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multitask effectively
- Make readiness plan for quicker closure (Proactive, Competency development)
- Weekly & monthly status updates to management
Education & Experience
- The position typically requires a college degree
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in Mechanical & Electrical Positions
