What is the opportunity? Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Customer Innovations, the Senior Microsoft Developer will play a key role in leading various technological duties associated with Microsoft platform and developing various integration capabilities to create the value-add applications for our clients. You will be part of a talented team that demonstrate superb technical and functional competency, delivering critical initiatives while experimenting with the innovative industry ideas.

What will you do?

• Assist in reviewing requirements and building out detailed functional requirements and specifications for product development teams.
• Analyse and document the requirements to develop detailed specification documentation and work with product development teams and address their clarifications
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements such as use cases, functional flows, user interface screen flows etc.
• Develop solution components for Microsoft Dynamics 365 that integrate with Zafin’s Pricing and Billing platform
• Integrate data sources using the Azure tooling with the Microsoft Common Data model
• Assist in the delivery of Proof of Concepts and demonstrations to clients and partners

What do I need to succeed? Must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules.
• 3+ years of programming experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript libraries like vue.js, JavaScript Frameworks, Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming, React and development using Typescript.
• Experience with latest Azure technologies like Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and Azure Purview, etc.
• Experience developing and testing PCF components
• Experience developing and testing front-end applications with Fluent UI/React/Angular, etc.
• Understanding of CDM (Common Data Model) and Dataverse
• Understanding of API, REST/ODATA, SOAP and Kafka endpoints
• Extensive MS Dynamics CRM experience that has included the following: Design, implementation, and management of MS Dynamics
• Experience developing and testing custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes with Microsoft CRM
• Solid understanding of administration, security configuration, and Dataverse operations
• Experience on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate /Power Apps flows
• Design solutions in CRM or develop integrations with other applications.
• Comfortable working with both technical and business teams, flexible in working on a wide variety of projects and initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Nice to have:

• Production experience across Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in migrating/integrating data including familiarity with Git / Bitbucket
• 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud platform
• Experience publishing applications in the App store and familiarity with the process including working with Azure Blob Storage
• Self-disciplined and comfortable working in a remote distributed environment
• Work with the customer innovations team to accurately forecast timing and efforts of work following the agile methodology
• Experience with common application platforms, development tools, and best practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics certification(s) preferred
