Job description

As an Associate Creative Producer, you will train to oversee the Films, Design, Photography, Web, and Marketing Content Creation department of Zcyphher. You will build and strengthen relationships externally with clients and partners/associates and internally with Pre-Production, Production, and Post teams. You will educate artists, business development managers, and web team members on our style guidelines and delivery requirements to ensure high technical and creative quality standards.

This is 3 months paid training job position, post which you will be hired full-time as an Associate Creative Producer

• You will be responsible for client handling
• Manage various diverse accounts (brands/ventures/projects)
• Work closely with the Director before, during, and after all Zcyphher’s productions
• Work along with the post-production department to be able to direct the technicians with ease on the final output requirements
• Responsible for fluently working with clients, taking briefs, working on a strategy and problem-solving
• You will be responsible to put the customer journey all together as well as dealing with the internal colleagues to help make sure it happens
• Work closely with different business units discussing and setting goals and creating a detailed description of all related tasks and assignments
• Productions to be handled in and out; on-ground level
• Sourcing freelancers/vendors/pre-shoot setups for productions including on shoot co-ordinations
• Required to work closely with the marketing team to aim and fetch new business for Zcyphher
• Must be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and take a disciplined approach to project management
• Participate in all Zcyphher’s Ventures on creative as well as the on-ground level events
• Articulated, thoughtful written and verbal communication is a must
• Pitching and ideating new ideas and working on presentations on keynote software
• Working collaboratively as well as independently to achieve on-set goals and deadlines of Zcyphher

Contract length: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 6/12/2021

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
