We have a new opportunity for a Implementation Specialist, Senior to join our team. This will mean supporting some of the biggest brands from Retail, Banking and the Hotel industry. Our solutions help these industries save money, offer better customer care and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Product implementations from a configuration perspective.

• Prepare functional and technical specification documents.

• Engage and interact with various Product Development teams to deliver agreed requirements.

• Researching and examining the current application and finding out the scope for improvements.

• Generate and implement test scripts for unit testing & regression testing. Testing and modifying (via config) systems to ensure that they operate optimally.

• Build strategies/processes to implement product solutions quickly & efficiently

• Write SQL statements to query & review application configuration data

• Participate in customer workshops to implement solutions successfully

• Manage stakeholders (internal & external) with effective communication

Qualifications:

• U.S. Only:

• Required Eduction & Experience for new grad: Masters degree

• Required Education & Experience for experienced candidate: Bachelors degree and 2+ year experience or Masters degree and 1+ year experience

• All other Regions:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree required

• 2+ years experience
