Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) or any equivalent course
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 – 2.5 years
• Preferable from field of Logistics/ wholesale trading industry
• Preferred nearby Location candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Recruitment, Onboarding, Joining formalities.
• Responsible and maintaining records for Leave, Late Coming, LWP.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
• Probation confirmation / extension process & documentation.
• ESIC & EPF Enrollment.
• Exit formalities & procedures.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

• Should have minimum 1.5-year experience in HR.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel/Word /Power Point.
• Good in maintaining of Employees Data base, Analytical skill, Report Writing Skill.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
• able to join immediately.
