We are looking for Customer Support – International Non-voice process (Email & Chat) with 0-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in Customer Support Non- Voice Process (Email & Chat).

• Preferred background Accounts and Tax (not mandatory)
• Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer queries.
• Should willing to work in the night Shifts – EST Time Zone.
• US Process
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days
