Job Description:

• Identify and recruit qualified Riders for Last mile Grocery delivery professionals for Long-term assignments.
• Taking Responsibility of dedicated Store level and shift level Planned vs actual hiring numbers.
• Proactively contact and Recruit prospective Riders to establish relationships with them.
• understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities and Educate various Projects Cycle Hiring& E -Cycle Hiring & EV Hiring.
• Responsible for achieving Daily Targets and meeting store-level hiring and shift-level hiring Targets.
• Responsible for Riders Store Level and City level via Field Recruitment.
• Generate leads through various Field recruiting channels, strategic planning and generating referrals from Existing Fleets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.

Other Benefits:

Performance Incentives- Upto 25000/-( Hiring Target Based Performance Incentive)

Petrol Allowances- Upto 3000/-

Field activity Reimbursement – Upto 2000/-

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
