Zepto Hiring for Field Recruiter at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time
- Zepto is looking for young Field recruiters who can earn up to INR 35000 /- by doing Hiring and Onboarding Delivery Riders.
- Responsible for Riders Store Level and City Level via Field Recruitment.
- Identify and recruit qualified Riders for Last mile Grocery delivery professionals for Long-term assignments.
- Generate leads through various Field recruiting channels, strategic planning and generating referrals from Existing Fleets.
- Proactively contact and Recruit prospective Riders to establish relationships with them.
- Understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities and Educate various Projects Cycle Hiring& E-Cycle Hiring & EV Hiring.
- Responsible for achieving Daily Targets and meeting store-level hiring and shift-level hiring Targets.
- Taking Responsibility for dedicated Store level and shift level Planned vs actual hiring numbers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
