Job Description:
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad, India (Work from office)
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Shift Time: Night — 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)
Job Description:
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Understand the requirement, clients need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills.
Experience in working with OPT / CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
Getting requirements from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals like Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn etc.
Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099, and corp2corp).
Ability to develop and maintain client/vendor networks.
Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.

Self-starter with great interpersonal & creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60%.
Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling IT Requirements on W2 from US-based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation, and Closed Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.
Sourcing from all major Job Portals – Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs, etc
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H positions.
Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs..
