Accountant

ZL Technologies is seeking an Accountant in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping & accounting. Posting entries, Maintaining GLs and records

• Monthly TB, P&L, MIS, BRS as per Company & Corporate Office guidelines

• Review, record, and amortize accrued liabilities, expenses, and revenues on a monthly basis

• Intercompany Accounts Receivable cycle including billing schedule, invoice generation, collection update

• Accounts Payable cycle including invoice entry and payment runs

• Monthly and/or quarterly and/or annual accounts and tax reporting with local authorities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, cash flow statement

• Prepare and Maintain Assets/Equipment ledgers, expense ledgers

• Indian Vs US GAAP reconciliation or alignment support

• Co-ordination with Statutory auditors

• Provision entries and year end audit entries

• Preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP

• TDS, GST Returns, and GST Annual Filing, including GST Refunds

• Income Tax Return filing, Tax Audit report, Advanced Tax Calculation – These tasks may be worked jointly with an external auditor

• Work with the team in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Monthly and Year-end Compliances, constant tracking of entity registrations and compliance deadlines, alerts for local regulatory and legal changes and make appropriate changes/updates

Required

• Attention to details

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in accounting or GL role

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Striving to deliver high quality results and passionate to deliver results with no error

Preferred

• US GAAP or IFRS experience is a plus

• CPA or other accounting certification is a plus

• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
