Social Media Content Moderator

A prestigious US based international school is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their talented team to manage its social media content strategy to boost engagement and ensure excellent brand image

• Manage social media accounts by responding to customer queries through direct messages or comments
• Review and monitor content to make sure all images and information posted are correct and appropriate
• Provide insights and trends on content reviewed
• Provide feedback and suggestions on the review process and workflows
• Perform general data entry and other related tasks
• Ability to embrace and adapt changes in the type and nature of work, policy, and procedures at short notice
• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
• Respond to questions and complaints with minutes of the original post. Monitoring Social Media Account (e.g. Facebook, Google account, etc.)
• Read threads and reply to any comment that asks a question or raises an issue
• Respond to positive reviews
• Remove any post that contains offensive or unacceptable content
• Remove any link to external pages to protect users from viruses.
• Monitor Social Media activity constantly

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach
• Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Commenting etc.)
• Ability to effectively communicate information and report statistics
• Team player, detail focused and reliable
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service
• Knowledge of online legal issues and cool under pressure
• Availability to work days, evening, nights, as well as weekends as and when required

This is a Work From Home arrangement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹400.00 – ₹650.00 per hour
