Responsibilities:

Candiates not having experience in USA acocunts in quickbooks should not apply as experience in USA QuickBooks accounts is must.

• Monitor the team of people Performing invoice and general ledger data entry
• Peform invoice / ledger data entry himself / herself if needed
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Generate purchase orders as necessary
• Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems
• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment – credit control calls
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
• Manage and monitor the team of memo chasing and invoice chasing (credit control) team and taking reporting of the team members.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with leading accounting software(s) like QuickBooks (QuickBooks experience is must)
• Prior experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable) – Credit control is preffered
• Understanding of accounting systems, chart of accounts, various accounting, and other modules.

Language: Fluent English is must

Work Location – Work from Home ( Gujarat based Company)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
