Job Summary

We are having an urgent requirement for an experienced Operations & logistics Executive to support and manage the NGO operations.

The suitable candidate will be responsible to handle the entire gamut of Operations and support the functionalities of the departments.

Responsibilities and Duties
The key responsibilities of the Operations & logistics Executive are as follows:

• Vendor Management: To find and manage all the vendors and the ensure they are able to provide support as per our requirements with given TAT
• Managing email correspondence.
• To provide the required documentation and reports to the management and provide necessary support to improve the operation management system.
• Bills Management and manage the pay cycles for all the vendors, suppliers, agencies etc.
• Internet research
• Reports Preparation
• Coordinating of Print Jobs, drivers, etc.
• Coordinating on travel/commute/various types of vehicles as per the event requirement.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• The suitable candidate will have an experience of atleast 2-3 years.
• A presentable and pleasing personality.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Able to work/support out of office hours during the projects/events.
• Multi tasking.
• Individual & team player based on requirement.
• Self-driven, resourceful and has the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu (Written and Oral for English and oral for Hindi,Telugu).
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, Managing Google drive, etc.
• Fast typing speed.
• Able to handle field events

Salary as commensurate with experience and present CTC.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
