Zscaler Hiring for Account Executive- Commissions- Xactly at Mohali Full Time

• Setting up commission plans and other details in Commission Tool ‘Xactly’
• Partner with the project and cross-functional teams like Sales, Sales ops, Orders to support compensation-related inquiries and requests
• Review of order booking reports and preparing uploads in line with the plans
• Commission and bonuses computations thru Xactly
• Keeping checks and balances to ensure record and data integrity in Xactly
• Process accurate and timely incentive payments to the sales organization by providing monthly commissions reporting to stakeholders
• Preparing various MIS and other reports for executives at the month, quarter and year-end depicting various key metrics of the sales organization
• Thorough review of commission results and driving analytics thereon
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or system automation

• 2-3 years relevant experience in corporate house.
• Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other similar streams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Xactly and working with Sales Ops to form the right reports and extracting the right data will be preferred
• MS Office: – Good working knowledge of Excel, Word
• Sound analytical skills
