PRIMARY FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for providing support and technical assistance for all clinical study applications and for responding to all tickets assigned in the service management tool.

Job responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for Clinical Study applications including but not limited to: Oracle Clinical/RDC, CRF Work Manager, jReview, eTMF, PROMIS, Rave, and Inform.
• Monitor ticket queues for incidents and requests.
• Directly interface with internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Perform user account management tasks via application administrative interfaces.
• Accountable for working within the quality expectations of the department as outlined in the SOPs and OGs

What we’re looking for

• Early Tealent or 0.6 to1 year of professional system support experience
• Candidate must have strong knowledge in service management.
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good to have SDLC / ITIL Training.
