Job Description

The Business Support Analyst will report to the Team Lead, Sales Support As a Business Support System Analyst within the Sales Automation team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting System Tasks, Initiatives, and Projects that support our Go To Market and Sales Execution Strategy.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do
Manage the Customer Asset and Contract Data in SFDC and ensure its accuracyHands on experience in any of the CPQ , preferably Apttus or Salesforce CPQComplete understanding about Quote to Cash processRenewal Base Data management in SFDCEnsure data cleanliness in SFDC primarily for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Contract Data.Work closely with finance and deal desk teams to address issues.
Qualifications

3 – 5 years of experience in sales support / deal desk, with the most recent 2 years as a Business Analyst
Should have experience in Master and Transactional Data managementExperience/Understanding with Apttus Quoting tool or any CPQ.Should be comfortable with working with cross functional teams like finance and deal desk to resolve quoting / install base issues.
