Job Description
Location: Chandigarh or Bangalore, India

The System Administrator will report to the GTM Operations Manager and will play a key role in ensuring our PSA system (which is integrated with Salesforce) is operating efficiently by aligning with our Business Applications team to implement system enhancements and bug fixes, managing and taking part in UAT, and working with our PS delivery team on addressing adhoc system issues.

Responsibilities

Manage testing of seasonal releases of our PSA tool. This includes determining what changes will impact the PS org and what needs to be tested prior to going to production

Creating end-to-end process documentation for certain processes within our PSA tool.

Partner with the Business Applications team to relay requirements and drive enhancements to production in a timely manner

Taking an active role in UAT sessions, testing out new functionality, and informing management and

Business Applications teams of issues or pitfalls

Provide recommendations for how our systems could operate more efficiently

Communicate progress to all stakeholders and manage project risks

Acting as a technical liaison between the Operations and Business Applications teams

Qualifications

A strong systems background with an ability to explain system configurations and principles to those who don’t necessarily speak the same “language”.

Previous experience with Salesforce system administration.

Previous systems administration experience with a PSA system.

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Curiosity for uncovering and owning challenges across systems

Clear and concise verbal and written communications (English). Able to engage with both leadership and technical audiences.

Meticulous attention to detail balanced with an instinct for zooming out and seeing the bigger picture.
