Tenant Management Administrator

This role will manage all tenant activities – including provisioning new tenants and tenant entitlements when we sign up a customer, terminating tenants upon cancellation of a contract, and all modifications to tenants when customers change their rights.

This role is based in India.

Tenant Provisioning

Follow standard provisioning process Including EU and US provisioning;
Order management, user access, subscription management skill set;
Tenant management and configuration and compliance;
Enable features to tenants and sandboxes based on respective Order Forms;
Confirm entitlement by reviewing signed Order Form;
Provide input for automation and quality improvement;
Ensure to execute the tasks and deliver results, adhering to SLAs;
Engaging with internal departments to improve processes and ultimately customer satisfaction;
Subject Matter Expert/Point of Contact on Provisioning/Deprovisioning customer entitlements;
Provide reporting for Revenue team when requested;
Work with the Support Team to help resolve issues.
Integrate/adopt new technologies and practices to improve existing processes.
Flexibility on coverage and support during month end, quarter end for Sales; coverage could be in 2 continuing and relaying shifts with another team member or 1 shift but night local time for provisioning the customer’s account (tenant).

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of technical platforms (Specifically SaaS)
Experience working with different variety of support tools
Technical skill set
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a manager in a different region
AWS Familiarity
Relevant experience in provisioning and entitlement
Ability to understand Order Forms
Ability to work independently.
Cross-functional team-member that works well with other teams.
Ability to handle escalations in a professional manner.
Ability to work on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Familiarity with Salesforce
SaaS Administrator background
Automation experience, scripting language, SQL, Python
ITIL familiarity
Excellent verbal and written communication
Monitoring tools experience. Ex: ELK, Sumologic
