The foundation offers a diverse range of services, such as micro-finance and financial literacy programs, healthcare initiatives, and educational support, to tackle intergenerational poverty driven by illiteracy, illness, and limited access to financial services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Operations Manager located in Bihar. The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. They will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency. Additionally, they will oversee budgets, supervise administrative functions, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills
• Experience in project management, preferably in a micro finance NBFC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government officials, staff, clients, and community leaders
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, non-profit management, social work, or related field
• Honest, Consistent and Hard Working
