The Manager of Product/Services Marketing is within the Global Data Centers (GDC) Division at NTT, responsible for the development and directing of the data center marketing programs and executions across the Asia Pacific region. This role will act as the regional leader for all marketing programs within the Asia Pacific region, reporting directly to the global head of GDC marketing.
This individual is responsible for performing such activities as product/service positioning to target businesses and buyer personas, sales messaging development and product/service differentiation. He/she will work cross-functionally within the marketing team, product management, customer success group, sales and sales operations. This person collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to create and develop product marketing content (blogs, client/analyst presentations, elevator pitches, success stories, product briefs, content for sales enablement, i.e., battlecards, etc.). The person also contributes to the web team’s organic SEO/key word strategy and provides web content.
In addition, this person will develop and manage the complete go-to-market marketing program plan and execution for all GDC marketing within the region. Working closely with the Content and Digital Marketing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), this person will develop the marketing plan, program activities and execution plan. This person will then work with the global and regional teams to ensure consistent execution and timing for programs, manage reporting back to GDC business leaders and support our global and regional strategy.
This person should be highly collaborative and be able to work effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Assist in the definition of a meaningful, market-focused differentiation and of a clear value proposition for GDC products and the development of a crisp, compelling divisional positioning, image, and cohesive set of messages that maximizes market presence.
Play a strong and active role on the marketing team contributing to all aspects of marketing strategy and execution.
Participate in corporate and cross-functional activities leveraging marketing expertise and capabilities.
Develop and support the launch of our new products and data center facilities.
Build and execute lead generation programs.
Create, direct and track the ROI of the various marketing and lead generation initiatives, with the objective of creating a continuous and consistent flow of leads.
Drive social media outreach and leverage industry events, meet-ups, opinion leaders, analysts and clients to build a community of supporters.
Develop and update a comprehensive set of sales support tools, including brochures, case studies, white papers, demos, white papers, competitive write-ups.
Participate in the product planning and roll-out processes, including the development of comprehensive product launch/go-to-market plans.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
Education and Training and Experience
5-7 years’ experience in a marketing team,
Prior experience successfully positioning product and companies and adjusting technical offerings for both technical and business audiences.
Experience working with data center companies or related industries with strong product and market knowledge for positioning and selling data center colocation services.
Experience working with global teams to drive consistent execution and programs in multiple markets—this role will lead the Asia Pacific efforts but also be part of team to align with other regions to create synergies and consistent messaging
Demonstrated accomplishments working with customers, analysts, consultants, social media and press.
Prior record of success in the construction of highly effective marketing, communications, PR infrastructure that clearly communicated corporate messages to a target audience.
Prior experience working closely with the sales force to generate and qualify leads.
Strategic thinker with analytical and planning skills.
Experience in facilitating significant growth of businesses.
Experience of marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua), Salesforce.com and campaign implementation.
Experience with data-led campaign planning, segmentation and leveraging propensity to buy modelling.
Client-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the client to match internal business goals and objectives.
