Position summary
The Operations Support Analyst will be supporting customers on our regulatory reporting platform. The successful candidate will join as part of the PS support team and will be involved with monitoring all customer daily reporting. Daily tasks include running morning checks, monitoring of applications to ensure the reporting platform is up and running correctly. The successful candidate should have both strong analytical and problem-solving skills. HeShe will be required to use both technical skills and financialregulatory knowledge to resolve issues. When necessary, the successful candidate will be required to escalate software bugsissues to 2nd level support development team to bring about successful resolution for the customer(s).
Duties & accountabilities
Handle client queries in an efficient and timely manner for issues related to the contributed content accuracy, until resolution.
Partner global team in client discussions and internal design forums.
Delivery of set targets with desired quality parameters.
Work on Root Cause Analysis for data inconsistencies.
Participate in client data validation and testing.
Undertaking a steep learning curve to be able to support all the various processes.
To raise issues to the attention of management
Expertise in analyzing content in order to make accurate and informed judgements when validating anomalies or escalating issues.

Quality oriented and strong analytical skillset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Excel
SQL and intuitive understanding of databases will be an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to handle large volumes of data.
Ability to work on own initiative and teamwork.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Good understanding of European Regulations (MiFID/EMIR)
Good understanding of Financial Markets
SQL & database technology experience
Commercial awareness
Good Understanding of the financial markets and regulatory reporting is required.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
