Location – Mazgaon, South MumbaiSalary – 25k per monthEmployment type – Full time (Work from office only)Experience – Minimum 1 Year Admin ExperienceWork Timing- 9.15am to 6.30pm, Mon to Sat> Ability to work in an environment that requires solving ambiguous problems, be fluid and multi-task.> We will look for candidates who display these characteristics and have demonstrated that they can and get things done.> We expect candidates to have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty, and solve real problems.>If a deep problem solving environment excites you, we would love to meet you and talk more!> We’re looking for extremely strong first-principles problem solvers, who have a maker / builder within them and want to bring to life consumer insights to revolutionize the organic food sector.Responsibilities –Managing Online & Offline Order sheets – being a link between the marketing & operations team.Creating Invoices & Shipping Labels. Creating invoices for orders before they are shipped for delivery.Managing inventory sheets in co-ordination with the operations teamManage customer database and support with online marketing campaigns.Co-ordinating with delivery partners/executivesCo-ordinating with the printing partnersCo-ordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from B2C & B2B customers.Supporting the marketing team with weekly & monthly WhatsApp messagingMaintaining Physical Files with outbound & inbound documentsOrdering stationery for officeSkills Required –Proficient in MS Excel & MS WordGood with numbersFluent in written & spoken English & Hindi (Knowing Marathi would be an add-on)Disciplined approachCommunication SkillsIf your application is selected:1.
