Job Title: Malayalam Support Executive ( Executive level – Female Only)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Description:

Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers.
Taking calls from customers and doing outbound calling.
Identifying customer needs.
Taking customer calls and solving queries.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Voice and Sales.
Proficiency in Malayalam and Tamil.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and resolve customer queries effectively.
Proficiency in system knowledge, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Priority: High
