Adani Group Looking For Associate General Manager at Bhuj, Gujarat, Full Time

• Obtaining permissions/clearances/approvals in respect of by the project and company including Government waste / Gaocher, Private and forest land. (For Cement, Windfarm, Power, Soda ash, Pharmaceutical project).
• Land Site identification, acquisition, purchase. Liaison & negotiate with private landowner to buy and lease private land as per company requirement.
• Apply with required papers and affidavit as per prevailing norms and laws for purchase of private land for bonafied industrial purposes U/S. 54 & 55 or 63 & 63-AA & Obtaining Non-Agriculture Permission U/S. 65-B.
• Preparation of Right of Way and Restriction of Way with government authorities and Private Land owner, farmer, and other local nuisances, hurdles etc., and title search report related land & Revenue with legal consultation. To coordinate Advocate & Notary and also with legal authorities.
• Complete mutation work for purchase land in the name of company on revenue record & others necessary record to do all work.
• Liaison with various Government Departments. such as Revenue, Forest & Environment, Town Planning, Gujarat Maritime Board, NHAI, Geology Departments, Police, PGVCL, GETCO, GMB, GEDA & GPCB, ALC, Factory health & safety, Employment, PF department and with journalist at District level.
• Co-ordination with all concerned departments and department staff to maintain high level of motivation and team spirit.
• Corporate Relations and follow-up of the issues and liaison with State level Government and local self-Government.
• Relations maintain with Government officers, political persons, leaders and local public for smooth execution of work.
• Prepare necessary legal documents such as conveyance deeds, lease deeds, sub lease deeds, ROW agreements, land rent agreements, in special case the understanding of agreement etc. & present in front registrar office & Notary for registration purpose.
• Preparation of reports for the Management Information and looking after interdepartmental correspondence and correspondence with outside agencies.
• Analyzing multiple land and legal related complex issues and try to solving them as a best of simple solution & managing workload priorities & completing tasks on time.
• Active participate in the CSR and Administrative functions relating.

• Experience :- 25-30 Years
• Qualification :- Any graduate
