Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on matters related to industrial relations, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and participate in labour negotiations.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances and recommend appropriate actions.
Mediate conflicts between management and employees and facilitate resolution.
Collaborate with other HR functions to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations.
Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations and ensure organizationalm compliance.
Managing PF & ESIC approval processes, addressing any queries from employees regarding these benefits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations activities.
