Daily/Weekly/Monthly Planning: Develop and execute a calendar of engagement activities aimed at boosting employee morale and fostering a positive workplace culture. This includes organizing recognition programs such as “Employee of the Month” awards teambuilding exercises and other motivational events.
Addressing Employee Needs:
Support and Assistance: Act as the point of contact for employees who need help or have additional requirements. This includes addressing their concerns providingeeds are met in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting to Management:
Regular Updates: Provide regular reports to Management on the progress of employee engagement activities any issues faced by employees and overall workplace morale.
Salary Sheet Preparation:
Employee Salary Management: Prepare the salary sheets for employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Note that Soheb is responsible for preparing salary sheets for workers.
Coordination with Accounts Department: Work closely with the accounts department to ensure all salaryrelated information is accurately processed and recorded.
Hiring and Recruitment:
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the hiring process for new employees as needed. This includes creating job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating with department heads to select the best candidates.
Expense Sheet Verification:
Expense Management: Review and verify all employee expense sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Approval and Handover: Once verified forward the approved expense sheets to the accounts department for processing.
Weekly MIS Reporting:
Management Information System (MIS): Prepare and share weekly MIS reports with Vishal Bhai detailing key performance metrics employee engagement activities and any significant updates or issues.
Compliance Documentation:
Verification and Forwarding: Verify compliance documents such as the wage register and challan to ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards. Forward these verified documents to the accounts department.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all compliance documentation for audit and review purposes.
Ad Hoc
Maintain an Excel sheet for carrying out daytoday activities.
Filling up a proxy if someone is absent.
Reporting to the superior.
Any other work is given by top management.
