Responsibilities

Payment Operations

• Maintains records of invoices and payments
• Obtain and document approvals for payment processing
• Operate regional bank accounts and prepare payment transactions
• Administer corporate credit card programme
• Support payroll process by reviewing and processing employee reimbursements
• Report on Group’s cash flow and liquidity position

Billing Operations

• Prepare invoices in accordance with local regulations and standards
• Manage and support clients’ billing and invoicing queries
• Monitor accounts receivables and report on collection activities

Finance and Accounting

• Data entry of financial transactions in accounting system
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, banks, local tax and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with all local filing requirements, tax filing requirement, and audits
• Support finance department at headquarters as required

Requirements

• 2 Years related experience preferably in with an MNC
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, spreadsheets and accounting software
• Highly detail-oriented and organised
