Job Description:

1) Responsible for independently looking after day-to-day accounting activities.

2) Handling accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, and general ledgers review.

3) Handling month-end closing, bank reconciliation statements, MIS reporting.

4) Preparation finalization of Annual Financial Statements.

5) Preparation of data for Income Tax assessment.

6) Preparing calculations for GST and TDS for monthly and quarterly filings

7) Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.

8) Assist in statutory and compliance audit

9) Knowledge of Export & Import Accounting

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Bachelors or master’s degree should be related to be tax, accounting, or finance

2) Minimum 4-8 years’ experience in accounting/finance

3) Experience in accounting and financial reporting requirements

4) Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

5) Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Taxation, Filing of Returns, etc.

6) Good knowledge of Tally accounting software is a must.

7) Audit exposure shall be an advantage.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
