Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Enhances client accomplishments & experience by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for other departments; following improved processes; monitoring data

• Record the store material receipt and consumption on a daily basis. Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommends solutions.

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

• Prepares data by collecting and summarizing information.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales set targets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
