You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing winning social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, driving audience growth and brand awareness.Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth topic research to identify content themes that resonate with our target audience on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging and visually-appealing social media content calendars, including text posts, images, infographics, and videos.
• Design high-quality graphics, including YouTube thumbnails, that adhere to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across all platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Lead generation ability via social media marketing.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth, account audit) to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales) to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (portfolio samples required).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for each platform.
• Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Ability to conduct thorough content research and identify trending topics relevant to your target audience.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A passion for social media and a keen eye for visual design.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Video editing skills.
