The Institute attracts students from some of the most popular countries in Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe,North America, and South America.Company Website: https://aaft.com/Our Impact Job Title: – DY Admin Manager Responsibilities: – Assist the Administrative Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating administrative activities within the organization.Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical personnel.Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including mail distribution, record-keeping, office maintenance, and supplies procurement.Manage and maintain the organization’s physical and electronic filing systems.Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as data protection and health and safety standards.Collaborate with other departments to facilitate interdepartmental coordination and communication.Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of administrative personnel.Prepare and analyze reports on administrative activities, expenses, and budgets.Participate in meetings and provide administrative support to senior management as required.Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency.Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.Qualifications Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities, with experience in managing a team.Solid understanding of administrative processes and procedures.Proficiency in using office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Job Location: NoidaWorking Days : 6 daysJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,366.42 – ₹40,848.18 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Your current inhand?Experience:total work (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9999126854
