Purpose Statement
Responsible for smooth execution of all the HR generalist operations along with taking care of training and development, legal and statutory compliances as well as performs the role of general administration
Key Role & Responsibilities
Perform general admin duties like; travel & stay arrangements for employees/ visitors/ guestsManage and ensure proper maintenance of the company guest housesManage Food canteen and ensure highest housekeeping standardsArrange and distribute uniforms and mandatory PPEs(Personal protective equipments) to the eligible employeesEnsure proper upkeep of company vehiclesLiaison with various local agenciesSupport the operative family to facilitate support services

Experience 4-6 years
Qualification Graduate in any discipline or equivalent
Competencies Behavioural Proficiency in Computer, Man management skill, Interpersonal skill, Communication and Presentation Skill, effective Time Management skill, resourcefulness etc.
