Major Responsibilities : Overall responsibilities for Evaporator & dryer operation activities during shift in the the plant. Job holder should apply the knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies and practices of a professional/technical field and general knowledge of procedures and activities within own work area.
The job holder should focus on learning the key aspects and duties of the job being performed.
Primary Goals/Objectives:
To comply with manufacturing schedule.
To operate & monitor plant operation as per quality & safety compliance.
To build good work environment across teams to have healthy relations.
To assume responsibility to improve process efficiency and quality of product. Responsible for operating and maintaining automated Process Equipments in Evaporation & drying (HTG, Evaporation & spray Drying)
Responsible for documentation on an hourly basis and maintenance of records.
Responsible for hourly sampling and its record keeping.
Should take initiative for any preventive maintenance of his own area and further approach to the maintenance department.
Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOP’s.
Responsible for ensuring continuous compliance to current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and maintaining the cleaning & hygiene of his area/machine.
Responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Responsible for following and delivering batches as per upstream process requirements to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Need to involve in continuous improvement efforts /projects.
Education :
ITI in related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production)
5-7 years of relevant experience in Dairy, Food plant.
Knowledge of Thermal processing, evaporation & drying is must.
Sound knowledge of GMP
Background :
Should have knowledge of food process industry and GMP affecting product quality.
Accountability :
Responsible for operating and maintaining automated Process Equipments in Liquid processing(batch formulation, Pasteurization & Homogenization, storage, CIP)
Should have knowledge of food process industry and cGMP affecting product quality.
