Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for MBBS/BAMS doctors with a burning desire to transform the face the healthcare in India and to relieve the suffering of the neglected citizens living away from cities. We are open to Foreign Medical Graduates also. Postgraduate degrees will make us even more excited though they are not mandatory.

Knowledge of Hindi is necessary. Knowledge of local languages like Marathi, Bhili, Khandesi etc would be icing on the cake. We can have the cake without the icing though.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading the team of nurses and pharmacists at our clinic in delivering scientific and compassionate care to patients. Our clinic will be equipped with a pharmacy, lab equipment, beds and latest equipment for diagnosis. It is located near Molgi in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra. You will be provided accommodation and food in a nearby location of your choice.
• Consultation, diagnosis and treatment of patients through in-person or video consultation check-ups.
• Administering injections, IV, oxygen support, nebulisation and first aid, when needed. Collection of blood samples for lab tests, when needed. Nursing staff will be provided to help in these activities.
• Ensuring accurate medical record keeping using our software and policies.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Hiring, supervising, and mentoring healthcare professionals. Impart medical training to nurses and pharmacists.
• Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs
• Organizing and attending health camps for creating awareness of our offerings and mission among local community.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
