Job Description-
Coordination with foreign Suppliers / Customers / Custom Clearing Agents / forwarders. Preparing all shipping documentation. Preparing all bank documentation for imports and exports. Shall Assist in other commercial operations in the company Posting Entries in Tally ERP Handling Cash and bank Transactions. Preparation of day to day expenses vouchers. Handle accounts & manage day to day accounting. Manage cash flow, Finanace & MIS Monthly projection of Profit & Loss Manage all kinds of banking work To manage and schedule day to day office operations Reconcile processed work by verifying entries Escalate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase order, contract, invoice and documentation Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements Prepare periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss.
