What You Will Do

The Business Lead Digital Products will support the build and deployment of innovative digital products that solve unmet needs and generate value for the Operations organization. This individual will work closely with global business stakeholders to identify project scope, create detailed project plan, verify requirements, drive execution, and communicate progress. He/she will partner with cross functional teams for build and deployment. This indiviudal may also be involved in hands-on data work within SAP and the Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand key business processes and expected business outcomes driving product features and roadmap
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders
• Document business user requirements and define specific tasks and user stories for the development team to execute
• Write user stories, manage scrum calls, and prioritize product backlogs
• Support the end to end execution of projects
• Effectively communicate timelines, updates, and potential challenges to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and setting appropriate expectations.
• Provide regular, timely, transparent communication on progress to the Digital Capability Owner and Digital Capabilities Leadership Team
• Ensure digital products are successfully deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform our operations
• Work closely with cross functional teams to build digital products and reports
• Collaborate closely with business and Data Asset Teams to continually refine the Data Asset roadmap based on evolving needs and insights
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing and Business Simulation Testing with end users
• Perform adhoc data analysis as needed
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining data quality standards and performing regular data audits
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data management and analysis
• Support Capability Owner to track user adoption and support the adoption strategy for relevant digital products

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, data analytics / technology or related field; specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience with at least 3 years of Supply Chain, SAP or other relevant functional experience required any exposure to SAP like S4, HANA or APO (Any planning tool).
• Min 3 years in Azure experience
• Min 4 or 5 years in Product management expiernece and on tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with at least 3 years experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Must be confident in their ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide recommendations to leaders that support decision making
• Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices (empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing) to deliver digital products and experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members
• Experience with Agile product development methodology
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working on SAP functional domain and Azure stack preferred
• Strong digital product management experience including experience in building / managing data and analytics platforms, data science / advanced analytics / intelligent automation solutions is preferred
• Scrum Alliance certification (e.g., Product Owner, Developer, ScrumMaster) is preferred
• Experience with Project Planning and use of JIRA is preferred
• Experience in working with ERP (SAP), Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or other data and analytics tools is preferred
• Experience in SQL [legacy Hadoop analysis] + Databricks/Synapse predominantly and Azure stack [minimum ability to set up and do basic querying] is preferred
• Knowledge of ERP [SAP/JDE] database/tables is preferred
• Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred
