Position: Project Manager

Location: GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabad

Experience: 10 Years & Above

Salary: 45 to 65K/Month

Job Details:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure and try to deliver all projects in-time, within scope and within allocated budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress.
• Report and escalate to management if needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks to junior staff members.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of shortand long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Requirement

• Proven Experience of Min. 10 years in Project Team and Min. 4-5 Years as Project Manager.
• Years of project experience preferably in the Turbine / Thermic Heater / Fired Heaters/ Capital Equipment Industry.
• Preferred in handling large projects (Containing: Multiple equipment’s)
• Basic Knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD & SolidWorks
• Should have experience driving Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
• Ability to work with multiple discipline client.
• Decision making ability and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera is must.
• Any degree in Project Planning from government affiliated university only.
• Shall be graduated from Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
• Travelling up-to 50% (If Required)
• Hindi + English language shall be fluent.

Probation Period: 3 Month’s mandatory
Report Authority: VP – Sales & Marketing
