Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily accounting and books keeping
• Managing Ledgers of customers & vendors
• E way bill generation
• Tax & return filing – GST, TDS etc.
• Inventory management on Tally & Excel
• Create Invoice, Challans, Quotations & Purchase Orders etc.
• Follow-up & recovery of Payment
• Manage Purchase: Taking quotation, negotiation & payment.
• Salary & expenses calculations.
• Making Cashflow statement
• Managing PFMS accounts of Customers
• Working on GeM Portal: Bidding, Orders etc.
• Sharing work report to reporting manager

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Daily accounting & books keeping
• Tally ERP knowledge
• Inventory management
• Proficient in MS-Excel
• Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹160,000.00 – ₹220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
