About Company

The International reputed NGO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR Fundraising Executive to join our team. As the Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CSR fundraising strategies to support our mission of imparting education, eradicating hunger and malnutrition, and providing mental health care through our various programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and campaigns to secure funds for ISKCON’s programs and initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate corporate partnerships and individual donors to maximize donations and sponsorships.
• Research and identify potential funding sources, including government grants, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.
• Write compelling grant proposals and CSR fundraising materials to secure funding for specific projects.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current and prospective CSR donors, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with program managers to understand funding needs and develop innovative funding solutions.
• Organize and coordinate fundraising events and activities to raise awareness and generate donations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases and records, ensuring effective donor stewardship.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
• Stay abreast of CSR fundraising trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization.
• Strong experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) fundraising.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ISKCON’s mission and impact.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors.
• Proficient in grant proposal writing and fundraising materials development.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in donor database management and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Passion for ISKCON’s mission and a deep understanding and respect for Vedic scriptures, morals, and values.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
