Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Should have good experience RMJ Admin Knowledge and able to work independently on RMJ for Configuration and troubleshooting RMJ issues 2-RMJ scheduling and Managed file transfer MFT 3-Monitor batches and take below recovery action based on user request 4-Scheduling/Defining process server, queues, job schedule, job definitions, schedule chain, events, time window 5-Able to work on Internal and external audit 6-Good knowledge of configuration of connecti

Technical Experience : 1-Expertise with batch scheduling tools – particularly in RunMyJobsRMJ/Cronacle 2-Able to work closely with application team for testing of jobs 3-Experienced on file transfer Inbound and outbound FTP,SFTP and different tools like MFT, Filezilla, Ipswitch sftp 4-Experienced on file encryption/decryption 5-RMJ objects migration Jobs, events from lower environment to production 6-Vendor management and able to raise in case of issues 7-Able to Interact with Application team and client to understan
