Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Participate in incident management meetings, drive initiate SRT bridges 3 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality and consequently identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the client supported Drive metrics for Hopping, backlog, reopen tickets ageing tickets

Technical Experience : Good experience on Citrix Xenapp, Virtual Desktop Citrix Client OS VM

Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
