Project Role Description :Manage the physical components of a data center, such as floor space, air conditioning, power, installations. Manage vendors and vendor components. Typically manage 24/7 services, such as batch management and system event monitoring. Manage data center operators.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintain the SAN and NAS storage devices 2 Includes break/fix support only remote support 3 Includes application and user support 4 Includes assigning storage and maintaining storage assignment/ownership records 5 Includes maintaining disaster recovery documentation and participating in DR planning and testing 6 Includes managing storage hardware and software upgrades 7 Includes wiping storage before removal 8 Includes managing data archives

Technical Experience : 1 Administration of storage Technologies covering 2 Netapp, IBM, EMC, Hitachi storage 3 Includes wiping storage before removal 4 Includes managing data archives2 Manage IBM Spectrum

Professional Attributes : -Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
